A lady called me from this number saying that a debt collector was going to have me summoned and arrested for check fraud and theft by deception. She gave me an 877 number to call. I called the number and they claim to be a debt collector but never read me my "mini miranda", also threatened arrest, and when I said I wanted to dispute it she said I would still be summoned and arrested. My husband is a computer guru and looked this up. I noticed the lady had a southern accent and the 877 number is out of Georgia. My husband strongly believes this number is a voice over IP.
