This is a scam. Asked for my husband..Said calling from San Diego zoo global to renew my zoo membership. I said no I will do it online and kept pressuring me to handle it right then. I have been a zoo member for 10 years and they have NEVER called me. My husband never had a pass so that was my first clue it was weird. Please don’t give them your personal information.

Called asked to speak to Me, that they were calling from the SD zoo, I knew better than that, SCAM!!!! So I hanged up! We were stationed there for 4 years and had memberships to SD zoo no once they called us. Always sent reminders by mail to renew. Don’t answer!!!!

This phone number is a scammer!!! The guy on the phone claimed to be a representative of the San Diego Zoo, and offered me a discount to upgrade my membership to a new level at a steep price decrease. I fell for it and gave him my credit card info :-( But immediately after I hung up, I felt fishy about it, so I reported to my credit card company and replaced my card. Therefore, he could no longer use my card fraudulently. He even claimed that I would receive an email from San Diego Zoo about my upgraded membership, but I never did…Please do not ever answer this phone number!!

Received a call on 5/21/21, did not pick up thanks to the advice of the previous reporters.

Just had this call, I felt weird afterwards and then I found this post. I cancelled my card.

Called my phone asking for husband by name. Claimed to be a representative of the San Diego Zoo. looked it up, found this site. Scam.
