A caller by the name of Fred is stating he is representing America Cash Company. He speaks with an accent and has my SS#, home phone, neighbors phone, and this has been reported to the Attorney Generals office and police. No one can do anything about it obviously!

I received a call earlier today from someone that has very poor English and basically I told him he had 30 days to show proof that I had such loan. I told him that he could take me to court and gave him my attorney number. Once i said that he hung up. This is a scam and basically we work to hard to be harrassed by such people wanting our money so that they can look good. I also called the court house there and told them that they are using them as a way of getting money. The were not happy at all.

I just received a call from this number, the guy has very poor English, said his name is Jack and it's in my best interest to call him back.  I got a call yesterday from this same Jack guy but from a totally different phone number. Who are this people????

I got a call from this # on my cell and they said a friend of mine named Robert had put me down as a reference for a load to buy furniture.  I called back from my work land line and they were very evasive about the nature of the call.  I asked for "Robert's" last name and they wouldn't tell me.  When he kept asking what # i received the call on, I told him I wouldn't tell him until he answered my question.  That's when he hung up!  Don't call them back on your cell phone or better yet, don't call back at all.  Have your provider block that # so they can't call you back.

A indian speaking man by the name of Scott Johnson keeps calling me at work and in the home. He wants me to call hime back.....Ut's a scam for all of you to know who he gets incontact with...I reported this number to the FBI on 10/11/10.....I also blocked this number... 619-331-9563...please do the same.....

Absolutley insane. These People do not stop calling me on my cell and at work. They have all my personal information and keep tellim that I have a collection against me and that it's in best ineterest to call them back and if I don't that Good Luck to me and may God Bless You. These people are pretending to be from the Dept of Law. Foreign people with American names. Unfortunatley you can block a number, but they will continue to call you from different numbers. It maybe my only choice but to change my phone number. TThese people need to be stopped. They target people who have gotten pay day loans and have acquired all the information and try to convince you that you still have a loan do and they will threaten you with everything they have. I am really running out of patience with these people and they need to be stopped.
