My sis-in-law received a text from this number. "You have been listed as a point of contact in regards to an urgent matter for <my name>. This matter is time sensitive. Please relay the message to them or contact our office if you can provider further information. Our direct number is 619-745-5284. Thank you. Text STOP to opt out" Um ... I have never, nor would I ever, use her number for something like that - especially without her knowledge or consent!

They text my cell phone saying it's for my daughter. I'll call from a different phone number and ask questions they hung up on me stating that I asked too many questions about my daughter account. She's 21
