I keep getting something in the mail saying it's a final tracking notice parcel

I got a post card saying it's a final tracking notice for a parcel, Called the number, and the lady said it's a gift certificate from a water company.

...and probably a HIGH PRESSURE sales pitch for an expensive "treatment system".

Received a “parcel tracking notice” with this number to call. Is this a scam?

Don’t call this number if you get this notice in the mail.  It’s from a water filtration company, HYPERION ELITE SYSTEMS INC, and is a marketing scheme aimed at new homeowners to get your number, so they can harass you with a million calls trying to sell their product.

Funny thing is we are actually in the market for a water filtration system, but there is no way we would buy from a company that uses this type of unethical marketing strategy.

Received a blue postcard in the mail (Parcel Tracking Notice) call (623)-233-8308.

Says ‘This office is attempting to reach you. To claim this parcel, you must telephone the number above immediately and arrange for delivery.’ Then on the left side has these clearly computer generated circles and ‘x’s indicating notice type (final), package type (parcel).

No one uses the term ‘telephone’ anymore. Also, the bottom left says in small italicized print ‘some restrictions may apply’. If it was actually a parcel I had ordered myself, there would be no restrictions on it. What a joke.

Exactly, i just hang up the phone with a guy convincing me about free complimentary restaurant gift cards but they need to check my water for any chemicals! So stupid, he thought i was gonna fall for that!! I am worried now he has my number

I am worried now that he has my number, they do not answer when its blocked number ! He tried to convince me that it’s a welcoming package have a lot of gift cards but ask me if tomorrow is a good tim to come and check my water for any chemicals! I am concerned now that he has my number

It’s the new way of telemarketers and scammers - don’t call and SHRED the blue card as it has your name on it. Thieves love to dig into the recycled bins on trash days for names and other info we don’t think is important
