Calls every day and leaves no message.  Return calls get a busy signal.

Someone keeps calling and does not leave a message. Even if we pick up the phone, no one is talking. Called that # back and it is some kind of advertising complany for some newspapers. Left them message to stop calling me, but few hours later they called again. Trying to call back again, and getting nowhere.

It's Progressive, a collection agency which lists its address in Tempe, Arizona.

The caller ID info is invalid.  We don't answer our phone unless we know exactly who is calling.  The reason is because of dishonest companies like this that lie about who they are when contacting you.  Unfortunately, as a consumer, we have little power to fight this (despite the so called protection laws).

They told me they were representing comcast. I asked thm the purpose of the call and they hung up.

Called on my cell phone and left no message!  My CELL!!!

Called stating they were from Comcast and were updating their system, and wanted to verify what services I have with them.  When they asked for Mr or Mrs "X", that was a deal breaker, as my husband isn't even on my account - not even to make changes.  I told them, that if they were calling on behalf of Comcast, they would alreayd know what Services, I have, and that I wasn't comfortable telling them what Services I did have.  I called Comcast Customer Service, and they know nothing about these people and stated it sounded fishy.  They're looking into it.

called and left message at 4;13pm   said they were comcast and checking what services i had and want to update..  after reading above comments it sounds like a scam.
