Charter Communications.  I have told them if they call back, I will cancel my Cable and go to DSL and Dish.  They still call back.

I am about to move and don't want to be tied into a new ISP for a year. I hate people trying to make me do business over my HOME phone.

This call comes in everyday.
To day some woman voice saying hello,hello.
Most of time no message.
There is no name on my caller I.D just this number  1-623-238-6186.
If any one no what can be done to stop this phone harassment let me know.

Unfortunately, even though you are on the National Do-Not-Call list, they can call you if you have an established business relationship with them (your current cable provider).  You can however demand that they take you off of their calling list, which they are required to do once you ask.  It doesn't mean that they will though.

also calls us daily! On the caller ID it says Charter but the cable company knows nothing about it! Very iratating!!!

CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER RANGES FROM 2-3 TIMES PER DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK FOR NEARLY 2 MONTHS NOW.REALLY FED UP WITH IT.SOMETIMES AS LATE AS 10 PM.

Says Phoenix, AZ, but apparently it's from Charter Communications.  They are a cable company.  They called us THREE times within 5 minutes!

Have been receiving call from this number for over a month or so.  I answer on the 1st ring and immediately hang up.  Within a minute or 2 they call again and I so the same thing.  The third time I let the answering machine get it.  They call about 9:00am est so it must be about 6am out west.  One time I answered and the line was silent and then I heard the line connect and a man say hello.  I hung up Assumed it was a telemarketer.  Is really agrevating especially on summer vac when trying to sleep in a little, plus I have my 9month old nephew who I baby sit.  The phone will wake him up.

Caller id, if not a number we know, we let answering machine get it.
Does not leave a message, calls at least once a day various times so
itis not clock work calling at the same time all the time.

Calls our house every day

Twelve times in twelve minutes and STILL ringing.  This started today, and the phone has NOT stopped ringing with this number!!!!!  I can't unplug because...there goes thirteen...we use this number for incoming faxes as well as a voice line.  I've had INSANO call string before, but THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!  >:P  ...fourteen....

This number calls daily; multiple times/day and doesn't leave a message.

Someone calls but leaves no message.  I answered once and no one answered back.
