Got a call they listened to the answering machine then hung up no message

i got a call from this number and they hung up when I answered. I called back and it's Samantha and Celine if you keep calling back to ask for the manager of National Energy and Savings looking for the homeowner. They are extremely rude and very unprofessional. I'm trying to find out who this company is associated with - as I don't want Samantha or Celine to upset anyone else's household.

I got a call on my cell from this number said they were National Energy & Savings.  Told them i was busy at work and they replied: 'then why did you answer the call'. Very rude

Got a call from +1 (623) 738-2642, some energy company. I listened to the man's talk and then asked him to take me off his calling list. He said "No, you don't even know why I'm calling."  I asked him to take me off again, then he came back with "why do all you in Texas think you know everybody."  Rude as hell. I asked him where he was from and he finally hung up.
