Junk call, allegedly "important public service announcement about drug and alcohol addiction". [***].

This number has called the school where I work at least a dozen times today. Every time it's a junk call, "Important public service announcement about drug and alcohol addiction." I attempted to use the menu to speak to a human and tell them to quit calling and to press 3 to be removed per their instructions, and it apparently didn't do anything because the calls keep coming.

We've stopped answering the phone when this number pops up - they've call at least a dozen times a day for the last two days. The "press number 3 to stop receiving these calls" doesn't work. If you call the number, you're asked to leave a voicemail - no human is available.

I thought I blocked these ginks the last time they called. This time I just hit the button and blocked it whilst I looked it up. The LAST thing you ever want to do with these data miners is "Press 3 to be taken off the list". That only guarantees that someone will pay for the knowledge that your number is an active line...

Number called today, I did not answer and no message was left.  Looked up online to find these other comments, I believe its fishing to find active numbers so don't answer and certainly don't press 3 as the others have said!

As others have stated drug alcohol treatment.

DO NOT PRESS "3" as they instruct to supposedly take you off their call list. It doesn't work!!

I wonder if this is a targeted area or all over the country. CID said "HELP CENTER". What a stupid way to advertise "help for addiction, Annoying people to death. I'm in Vermont, and we have become the state known for its opioid epidemic, but this is just intrusive. The law has ignored street drugs for years, but people with legitimate need for pain meds are treated like criminals. I don't know if this is a scam, or private or public announcement, but it's disgusting either way.

This number has called me 2x in less than a week. When I called the number back (hoping I could be taken off their call sheet), I got an answering service "all lines are busy at this time" for an addiction center asking me to leave my name and number and what type of substance addiction/disorder I'm experiencing. I was told a licensed specialist would return my call.

They keep hammering away at my call blocker. Funny, those I accidentally block - like various teachers @ my kid's school who use their personal, ID-blocked, phones to call parents - tell me about it but never call again. If ISPs are set to charge us for the content we use, it's obvious the technology exists to filter out scams and unsolicited phone calls upstream of the telephone subscriber. But no one ever will...

I’m in Minnesota and also got a call from this number so it’s probably all over the country!
