Got 6 calls from this number, they don't leave a message - however after researching the number, it appears it's a phone scam pretending to be from the attorney general.

I also received about 6 calls and when I finally answered, they knew my full name and wanted to confirm that this number was mine, when I asked what they needed, they said it didn't concern me and they hung up.

10/13/15 14:24 PDT  Was unaware of this caller.  Never actually rang here, but got thru to voice mail and left no actual message, just dead air and only ID is CALIFORNIA.  Don't much give a hoot.  Obviously of no importance but feel I should report to keep the site going and let others know what is going on.

Same old junk calls and scams over and over. I just pick up and hang up so it doesn't go to voice mail. It's getting so annoying.

10/15/15 12:10 PDT  Was on another call when they tried to call.  Got to voice mail, but no actual message left.  Will be blocking as soon as I finish here.

10/19/15  14:03  PDT  Blocker must be working because call never to thru to my phone or voice log.  Apparently tried twice in 10 seconds.  First attempt was unknown ID and second  ID was ever-popular "V" ID.

I just received a call from this number. The caller hung up when the answering machine picked up. With a 555 prefix, the number has to be a scammer calling.

I answered this time.  They said they were representing a lawsuit against certain pharmaceuticals.  They asked if we took certain medications, when I said no they hung up.  Sounded very unprofessional & suspicious

They called looking for me but the wife answered. They said they were from an embassy then something about the gas company. My wife asked why they were calling and the lady asked why she was asking so many dam questions. My wife said cause he's my husband and you call six times a day. She hung up

I answered 626-555-1001, an asian woman said her name & wanted to introduce her company. I heard her say something about an attorney before I hung up. The phone rang 3 seconds later with the number 818-237-1466 which is a solar telemarketer. So I'd say its a telemarketer boiler room.
