Robo-call claiming to be IRS and starting s law suit against me.

Called me claiming I had a warrant for irs fraud ...scammer my caller Id said the name E.Perez

Same call here - warrant arrest claiming they are calling from irs - name is perez - 626-737-9678

It is a scam.

 The IRS does not initiate contact via a phone call, they first send postal letters.
 The IRS does not threaten arrest.
 The IRS does not demand immediate payment over the phone.
 The IRS does not ask for Credit card, Debit card, or prepaid money card information, at all.

It is a scam ran by offshore criminals attempting to trick you into sending them money.

626 737 9678 just called and said I have an arrest warrant from the IRS!! lol!! Left a voicemail!! loL! wow...

Female voice left a message on my landline phone machine saying it was the final notice from the IRS. instructed me to call this number. I've been on social security disability for years and unable to work.

Called and said i had a arrest warrant, i called  back   and played their game....     then the guy tell me to s*** his d***. ( i told him I was a lesbian) and hung up ... he called back .... they asked for my name (i told them if there is an arrest record, they should know my name)    I called them back three times  and the last time the guy got annoyed and said how man times are you going to call... I said if i waste your time , you wont be scamming others    LOL      Think i;ll call back and block my number

I just got the same call. I gotta say, it's a little unnerving until you realize the IRS doesn't robo call
