Guy keeps calling my place of employment everyday threating to put me in jail.  I've told them stop calling my place of employment because I don't have no loans out!!!?    Ask him to send me proof& fax me the information ;;; he hung up!!!!   I'm going to report them to the police!!!
Don't give out no information to these people ;;; they are scammers!!!!!!

my friend who chooses not to display her name, was continously harrassed by this company. a man named eric wilson threatened her with jail time if she didnt pay a so-called loan.

Just got the same message from a John Smith, stating this was a time sensatiev matter and to have my attorney or myself call his team. He also said the same line of "good luck as things unfold around you". Have a feeling this is the same people.

called me and threatened that I was going to be arrested..really mean, called my attorney said it was a scam.

I got a phn call fromt his num and because I did take out a loan. I was syupid and paid them 656.16 and now Im getting a phn calls from lapd stateing that I owe them money that is refundable. well guess what not going to pay and calling the police.

Keep getting calls from these people telling me if I dont pay on a loan I never took out I will be arrested by next friday.I told him to contact my attorney he said he refuse to speak to my attorney they cant help me get out of jail. I asked what type of loan this was and the name of the  company the loan was with. The guy couldnt provide any information about the supposed loan. I told him dont call my dam phone back ..advised him if they want to reach me that bad send it in writing .

I received a call from them murder [***]'s. Say they filing lawsuit against me I started to curse him out [***] scammers

They said I would be arrested on Monday.. then he told me that if I paid 691$on that this matter would be over.. I told him I didn't have it.. he then says can u send 100$.. like really dude get a life...jerks

I had the same experience happen to me. this [***] called and threatened me. he told me this is a very time sensitive matter and that "American loans" filed a law suit against me. I called them and they don't have any record of me. he is full of [***] don't listen to anything he says. if anyone knows where to find this sand [***] please let me know.

I was called at 3 PM today and the caller was middle eastern or Indian or Phillapino and he asked me if I had a lawyer.  I asked why?  He said he was from Keller and Hodge attorney's office and that I owed $868. and that I would receive a subpoena on Monday and that the sheriff's office would arrest me.  He said they would hold me until next Friday.  Then when I asked more questions, he would not tell me who the creditor was and he knew my address, which really freaked me out.  He then told me to go to Walmart and purchase a Greendot money pak card and put the money on it, then call him and give him the pin number.
After I hung up, the guy called back 3 more times.  When I tried to look up the attorney he stated, found this website and the phone number that came up on my cell phone is the same as what is posted here.  I called an attorney and they are working on this scam.

Just got the call from this so called law firm. Waiting to actually talk to them myself. All these non-americans keep calling trying to get my information. Had to call my bank and let them know what was going on. The last call came, I looked at the number and it read 000-0000. What kind of company has that kind of number?

Received a phone call from Daniel (couln't understand the last name) from Keller & Hodges. He said he was very upset about how I hung up the phone on him and because I hung up on him, it proved that I committed a crime!!!!!!! He said if I didn't call him back he would have the police come to address or my place of employment (he KNEW the company that I worked for!!) and have me arrested. He said I would be locked up behind bars!!!!!! He had a middle-eastern accent and was a jerk face. I called the number back and it was international. Be careful! It concerns me that this nut case knows  my phone number, home address and where I work.

I have a friend that got a call from the same people but know matter how much I told her not to she go scared when they said they was going to send the police to her job to get her she when and paid them the $253.00. I looked up the info for her online about this so called lawyer and found out it was a scram. Now what can she do now that she knows but she paid out money already?

Got a phone call from that number saying i was getting chraged with fraud for not paying an online payday loan application fee! telling me that they(the police) will show up at my work or home and subpoena me. and saying that i will be incarcerated for these charges. i told him i never even heard of this loan place in new mexico and i called the company and have no record of me. she also said that they've had people call about this same topic and says its a scam. i then typed in the number on google and a bunch of comments regarding this number are similiar to my phone call. he was very rude and told me to just let it happen and allow them to arrest me....hahah yeah right! someone needs to take this [***] down...

these [***] are with the same [***] that use # 214-446-1861. i wish i could just tell them off and forget about them. i'm pursuing every possible legal way to go after them.

Just got a call - guy from middle east or india was on line -- asked for company name - could only get his moniker - eric wilson -- calling for somebody never heard of -- man began to speak in another language - asked for his supervisor - nothing -- asked for company -- nothing - said he would send me an email - said you don't have my email because I am not this person -- asked for my email I said no - last thing I need is them to spam me - maybe i'll set up another email account for documentation purposes -- Then he spoke foreign language and then started cussing in english - at this point can only presume he had been cussing in arabic or indian whole time. Then I began informing was contacting the police - he said fbi would come to my front door --- again - not the person he is calling for - so doesn't have my address --
Immediately called the police and research says it is against the law to call cussing someone on the phone - that is harrasing and obscene.
