Same here, a few minutes ago. I didn't answer, as is my SOP with unknown callers. Though I rarely do, I tried calling this number back and got a busy signal. Tried again a few minutes later with same result. Putting on my "Do not Answer" list.

A frigging electric coop.

Seriously doubt these calls are coming from any electric anything.  I get these spoofed number scam calls in batches of three within two hours of each other, every week or so.  I'll get a call from someone claiming to be from ComEd; then a call with a city ID within the state; then a call from someone threatening to serve me with a summons.  They are spoofed numbers and I suspect they are from the same scammers.  Others have reported that when they call the numbers back, they get various stories from electric bill to duct cleaners to Vet's charities to nonworking numbers.

Today, I got this call 630-246-3323 Barton, IL, that left no message and another call supposedly from Chicago, and then a caller that left a message that he was from a legal service and had a summons to serve on me, which of course, he does not.   This has been going on for years.  I never answer and never call back.  No summons is ever served.  And I couldn't get ComEd in this city if I wanted to.
