Todd from CCI calling about merchant processing.  I hate it when these shady/scam merchant processors call us during the day.

we keep getting 2 and 3 calls every week from these people!!!!!
Saying we are being over charged by bank........ SCAM!!!!

Tells me I am no longer a high risk company and they need to set up an appointment to go over my fees on my statement. That I am getting lied to through my bank, I am getting charged outrageous fees, etc. etc. I told then I was going to hang up and call my actual company and when my company verified who they were; even thought they stated that they were a "sister/outside soured," with first data, they were more than welcome to call me back and we could finish our conversation, they hung up. I haven't had this phone call in two years but, I will never disregard that voice in the back of my head telling me that this isn't how the company works.

Received a robovoice asking if I would accept the charges for a collect call for someone named Brian. Caller ID identified the call as coming from Illinois. I do not know anyone in Illinois so I hung up.

Just called my business at 1157 MST...looked up the number here while my phone was ringing, so I didn't answer based on the postings.  No message left.  Added into my phone as "Credit card Bs" so I don't have to answer anymore.

Called multiple times from Yolanda.  Said our company was no longer a high risk company for accepting credit cards.  Wanted to set up an appointment so that we could be "educated" on the refunds that we were due. When I asked for her phone number so that I could call her back she said "why, so you can call your merchant services representative?"  Very Rude.  She identified herself as being with First Data but I am not sure that is correct.

Trying to tell me they want to set up a time to go over my credit card services.  Total [***]. It's hard enough to make a business work without this crap to interrupt my day.

Asked for owner.  Stated we are a "low risk merchant" and eligible for discounts/reduced credit card processing fees.  Did not know who our current provider was- so I hung up.

630-246-3433 just called our business. Caller ID came up as "Hanover Park IL". Male caller claimed to be calling from "First Data" and asked for the owner by name. When pressed for more info, caller stated that they were a Merchant Account Processing company. We informed caller that we do not take credit cards at our business, as we are cash only. Caller was polite and apologized for the call, then hung up.

Scammer.  Have on Auto Block.  Caller ID says "HANOVER PARK, IL"
