11.5.18 @ 3:30 PM-- "Itasca IL" (630-250-1619)-- Caller hung up before call could even be picked up by answering machine; so most likely a SCAMMER, using a spoofed name and number, since the ENTIRE town of Itasca would NOT be calling~ LOL!!!  Plus, a LEGITIMATE caller would have an APPROPRIATE name on the Caller ID, and would leave a message and a call back number.  We have received MANY, MANY calls appearing as "Itasca IL" on the Caller ID, but with a variety of different phone numbers, which is further evidence that the calls are being made by SCAMMERS.  Again, if any caller wants a response from us, they MUST leave a message and a call back number, because we DON'T answer calls from names/numbers that we don't recognize, and we especially DON'T answer calls that only appear as the name of a town and state on the Caller ID.  TOO MANY SCAMMERS out there these days-- be cautious!  Better safe, than sorry!
