Two gentleman claiming that you are going to be sent a subpeona and you need to send them a check. The law firm they are claiming to be calling from is Esp Kreuzer, Cores & Mclaughlin, LLP. You can look us up onlint we are not located in naperville like they claim. They do not work for our company they go by the name of Sam and Tony Flores. If you recieve a call from them please call our office emidiatly at 630/871/1002. Its a scam, do not sent them money!!

I HAVE SOME ONE CALLING ME FROM THIS NUMBER BUT THERE NAME IS JOHN LINCOLN OR TONY. THERE SAYING IS FROM THAT SAME LAWFIRM.

I just received a call on my cell phone from this number the name they are going by now i Mark spencer, The person on the phone is very threatening, If I don't return the call or my lawyer, I will be sorry and good luck. its an electronic voice over type thing also, as the other e-mails stated I am not going to respond even though I concerned.

I received the call from tony and sam... they told me that i received a cash advanced from some company and they have a supeona to get me for fake checks... they wanted me to send them money to stop the case... i busted out laughing on the phone and told them they were full of [***]... and he said it back to me.. you work for a lawyers office cussing at me... yea ok.. and 2 i never got a pay day loan and he said he would call my job.. i laughed at that to because i havent worked in a year... so i didnt know what he was talking about.. i looked up the number got the number to the actual lawyers office called them today and they have the police there looking for these guys and also the fbi is involved they took my info they guys new my social security number and everything... i hope they catch these guys i also had to call the police in my town to start a police report so if anything comes up on my credit it proves my idenity was stolen...
i also had to call my bank to make sure no one tries to take money from it...

i recived a call from this number and asked them to stop calling me because this is a scam and they keep calling my phone and my job stating they are from a law office and wanting my information.

Received numerous phone calls today from this number. Caller stated his name as James Anderson and that he was calling from Cores & McLaughlin Legal Associates and that there was a lawsuit in my name. I requested he send me whatever necessary paperwork and ended the first phone call. He immediately phoned back and left a message threatening me with jail time regarding the lawsuit. An Internet search led me to this page and I spoke with someone from Esp, Kreuzer, Cores & McLaughlin, LLP who confirmed this is truly a scam and that there is a huge investigation ongoing. Filed a complaint with the IC3 as per the FBI's suggestion.

I have someone named John calling me from this number leaving threatening and harassing phone calls on my cell phone. When I called the name of the law firm he stated he was from, the lady said that the local police are looking into it.  They are a scam. I will be filing a complaint, as well.

I had the same call . This time the guy said his name was Sam Taylor and also threatened to have me picked up by the police. I also will be filing a complaint. These Guy's try there best to scare and threaten but it is a scam and also had all my info ss num and address.

This number called my personal cell 4 times then immediately called my place of business and luckily I was the one who answered. I spent at least 15 min on the phone with them trying to figure out when I received money and didn't pay on it, and the man refused to give me any information regarding my "loan." When I asked him when the loan was taken out he said, um about 2-3 years ago. The last loans I took out were at least 6 years ago for college and no federal attorney is going to be as Ill mannered as this gentleman. When I asked if he could send me paperwork with information regarding this matter he told me absolutely not until it was paid in full. These men need locked up, they had me distraught for over an hour AT work over a debt that didn't exist. Scam scam scam!!! I am getting the word out there about these men! I already turned them into the FBI's internet crime bureau and will continue until every possible source has been warned! Nobody should have your personal information and be threatening you with police force!  I feel very victimized and hope these "men" pay!

This indian guy keeps calling me says his name Is sam anderson now he Is starting to call My work everytime he calls its a different name

I got a call on 6/28/12. A Indian guy called me stating I owe money that I got a loan . Saying I will go to court and that I could lose my job. He said that his name was tiny and that he was a officer. He said that it was check fraud. I told him that I don't do checks. And that I don't know wht ur talking abt. He say he was calling from a law Firm. And if I don't pay the loan right away that I could go to jail. Who r these ppl they need to b stopped. They had all my personal info. And they had my email address. I knw this is a scam. I hve reported these people to the police I hope they can b stopped.

I got a call on my cellphone. He said his name was Officer Tony and that I owe money from a payday loan. And that it was a check Fraud. I said who r u, and that I dont do checks. And that I don't do things like that. He had all my personal info, my email, and he even knew where I worked. The police need to stop these people. The number they called me from was 630 387-5259. If u get a call from these guys it's a scam b careful.
