Odd number

I received a call from 630-387-9235 asking to speak to the person incharge of comed bill. I said you are speaking to the person incharge. They giggled and hung up. Is this a real person pranking?

Same as the other person who reported it.  Loud rude girl in a noisy environment demanding to know whether I'm the person "in charge of" the Comed account.  After I asked who it was, she hung up.

I receive calls from this phone number all of the time. It is really annoying!! They don't say anything when I answer!

Daily calls that immediately disconnect when you answer the phone. If you call back it is a google voice subscriber. I am reporting as harassing calls.
