    I get a call from this number every day and every day is says "I have an improtant message please call us at ............. that number is ........" and it never gives a number or any thing I tracked the number to lombard Illinios and the carrying company is sprint. but now what? is  it tapping my calls. getting my information when i pay a bill by phone?

    I am getting the same thing.  Every day I get an automessage requesting me to call a number which the message fails to deliver.  This is a brand new number for me that I haven't given to anyone.  Any help would be appreciated.

    I get a call from this number everyday or one similar (6303966755) and the call back rings busy.  The voice mail states the same things (they have important information, etc.  and then no number.)
    Just check your phone bill I guess and make sure there arent any odd charges from the call date.

    I, too, am suffering the multiple, daily calls from this number with same results.  I have tried calling back the caller id (also shows up as 630-396-6755, also owned by Sprint).

    I have been receiving the same phone calls everyday, three times a day for the last two months. I just called (630)705-9500 and they did have my number in their database, but it was under the wrong name. If you are having problems with them calling you, call them and tell them to take your name out of their system. Maybe harass them as much as they have been harassing you.

    I called (630) 705-9500 as mentioned in the other post.  I got half of my explanation out and got transferred.  Then I got transferred six more times the same way.  Then a person said he didn't have my phone number in his database, but he would transfer me, hold on.  The next person said he had neither of the numbers I said they had called, so he didn't see how they could be calling me; he also asked my name and said they didn't have *that* in their database either.  End thing is that they don't have my numbers or my name and he says he will fix it...  We'll see tomorrow.

    Almost a daily ritual with us also.  Receive calls from both numbers (6755 and 6756) always asking for 'Parks' but never leaving an opening for a response.  Today phoned AT&T (1-888-966-6222), the FTC (1-877-382-4357), and the FCC (1-888-225-5322) to report this.  The more calls they get, the more inclined they will be to act.  Thank you for the alternate number.  Will try it next.

    I get calls from them on my cell phone during school between 9 and 10 monday through friday. People are saying that it is for sprint? my phone service is verizon and I'm on a family plan, no one else is getting calls. Every time that I have called them back, I either get the busy signal, or it rings twice and then says I'm sorry this number has been disconnected or is no longer in use, if you think this message is wrong then double check the number you are trying to reach. Or something along those lines, all I know is that it is using up my minutes, and I got in trouble for them calling me in class!

    They were calling several times a day for months before I got fed up. I called the 9500 number above and they did have our number in their system. Apparently they had that number associated with somebody they are looking for. They said that they would take our number out of their system. We'll see...

    Follow-Up

    After calling the 9500 number above, the calls have stopped for now. It's been three days and I haven't received a single call from them whereas before, it was two or three a day. Let's see how long that lasts.  :)

    Thank you all for your information!!!!  I have been going crazy with this.  Called the 9500 number listed above and it is a collection agency and they said that they had no clue that the automated message was messed up.  Asked them to take our number out and try to fix their messages and find the right person and stop calling us.  We will see.  Again thank you all for your information.

    WOW, so I get these same calls and thanks to this posting, I was able to call them back. Seems that they are harrassing ME for an energy bill that isn't mine. Also seems that the only reason they call me is because my name is the same as the one on the bill.....JFC!!!! I sure would hate to have the name John Smith......ROFL

    I have been getting these calls two to three times daily for MONTHS, with "important personal business for "BLANK" and they've never given me a name or number. When you answer the call and attempt to talk to someone, they'll disconnect you.  My husband and I have had this phone number for years, and we only owe our mortgage company, and we're ahead on that, so I knew it wasn't for us.

    I finally got through this morning on the number posted above and they asked me if I knew "Stacey Adams" and of course, we don't.  They promised me that there would be no more calls, but we'll see!

    When we came back from vacation last month, we had 17 messages on our machine from these fools!
