Yes its Verizon cell financial, these Morons have charged me 15 bucks to restart my service 4 months in a row EVEN after I setup delayed bill pay every time. They gave me many excuses and told me to call so they could note the account, but even with that they Still charge / and stopped me from making calls, in essance suspending the line. They are sneaky little b-TURDS , funny how they pull this every time my account is up for renewal and when they try to get me to change to from a frilly unlimited plane to a limited one where they can pick my pockets more freely!

I received a call from them and a text after I didn't answer. They had the wrong number and there was no way to reach them. It said Verizon, but when I went to the Verizon store, the people there had said that the text was a fake and so was the number. Don't trust or give your information to these people. Go to a Verizon store to settle your account or go to the Verizon website.
