Got a call from them. They mumbled through the introduction. They asked if they were speaking to me (by name), I confirmed and they asked to verify my address. I asked who they were. They mumbled the company name and said they were a customer relations company. I asked what they wanted from me and they asked me to verify my address again. I hung up.

Just got a call and she asked for me by name and to avoid saying "yes", I asked how could I help her and she said she was Michelle Johnson calling from IC Systems and then I said how can I help you and she wanted to verify the address, so again, to avoid saying "yes", how can I can help you..."ma'am, if you cannot verify any information, I will have to disconnect the call", I said "as you wish", hung up.  if someone is asking you a question, you answer, ESPECIALLY, if you want me to answer yours....case closed...so sick of these calls

IC Systems is a debt collector.  It has nothing to do with the imaginary "yes" scam.  As a debt collector they are required to do certain things by law (again nothing to do with the imaginary "yes" scam).

They keep calling me at all hours of the day and night, My husband gets up to go to work at five am, and so we go to bed at around nine pm., the one time I answered their phone call they mumbled something and called me by name and I told them not to call me anymore or I would report them, however I am still getting calls all the time. I have since blocked that numbered but am getting calls that are close to the original number that was calling. How do you stop these people from calling???

They had called twice previously but I had missed them.  I answered and it sounded like an Indian lady who mumbled and spoke incomprehensibly.  Then she said my wife's name in a questioning manner.  I recognized that it was more than likely a scammer so I told them not to call the number again and blocked them.

Same number called me for 3 days.  Left no voicemail.  I called them back.  This fast talking rude dude asked me who I was,  I asked him who he was,  back n forth for awhile,  blah blah blah... I blocked the number.  If you don't leave a voicemail,  I know it's usually a scam.

Just call and did not even leave me a voice mail, how we in today in age and these unknown numbers still not leaving a message. So why would I call the number back and not know who I need to call.
