Received a TEXT message from this number:  indicating If we do not hear back from you then a warrant will be activated in 24 hours and we start the process to take this process to the courthouse for Loan Fraud against you.    I guess they think I am whomever they are looking for..

I received txt stating if I didn't reply in 24hr there will be a warrant issued for my arrest for loan fraud. I have never received a loan from anyone, so therefore making this bogus. The sad pat is the phone number they say you must call is an elderly woman's number in Illinois. I googled it.

"Dear client"  If this was a REAL message, your name would be used.  It is also illegal to claim to be a law firm if they are not registered as such.
Note one person was threatened with arrest - ILLEGAL & will not happen  even if you did owe money.
