Debt collector trying to collect 20 yr old debt. Threatening to file in court so the debt will show up in your credit report. Time for them to file has long passed. For the courts 3-5 yrs is the max. This company is preying on people, worried about their credit score.

Called before. Ignored. Called today, declined and called right back again, guess what? Declined again lol thanks for the info @timetravler

Harrassing hang ups, at all hours. almost daily. Called back and the guy is an incredible pompous a$$. Asks what number I am calling from. I told him he has the number, he just CALLED and hung up again. Every day. Remove me from the call list...I'm tired of the harrassment. "We" don't call at night, first of all...he says..then begins arguing with me and demanding I tell him what number I'm calling from. Won't give it and get gets IRATE. so sick of this BS! Then threatened me...telling me "this would be the stupidest thing you can do" ...??? LOL. What an asshat. I hung up on him while he's yelling at me to give him my phone number.

yikes typos lol. sorry. don't bother with this one, but they still call every single day, leave no message, and give no information unless you will "give them your number" while they've got you on the phone. Threatened to report the number and he got extremely aggitated...starts talking about 4567 words per second and I told him to stop talking over me...but also to STOP CALLING THIS NUMBER. He was still yelling when i hung up.

They called and connex my 83 yr old father to giving them $340. 00 and saying he has until the 13 to pay $2000.00. Elder abuse!

Had my personal information.  Same ole scam of trying to collect a debt over 20 years old.  Said they had a packet to deliver of important documents, yada yada yada, but made the mistake (FDCA Violation) of saying they were going to get a judgment against me.  Told her to hold on a second while I turn on my recording app.  They hung up.   Hope they call back, as the recording will be going when I answer and bait them into telling me about judgements, warrants, lawsuits.  Already got 10k out of court settlement on one two years ago, attorney took 40%, but cost me nothing, and laughed all the way to the bank.

received call from 6304894065 asking for someone who was unknown to me. I asked who was calling repeatedly and finally got and answer  that this was some female (dont remember the name) from ARN Associates. I asked her why she was calling and she said it was a legal matter  and that they process judgements and subpoenas, and in a very aggressive manner kept repeating the name I didn't recognize. I love to get them going so I had her repeat it over and over--a taste of their own medicine as I have received hangup calls from this number four times in the last two days not counting this one on number 630-250-5644 which I blocked, so they came in with this one. She was at the point of coming through the phone demanding my name so she could relay "the legal matter" so I finally told her " well it's not me so I guess you can't" and hung up.  I am so sick of these bottom-feeding creeps!!!

Got a call about a credit card debt from 20 years ago which I don't know nothing and demand it $1500.00 from me asap . What can I do in regards to this caller , some advice can help thank-you

Got call from this number 630-489-4065 they telling me i owed $5000 debt for furniture witch i never borrow or lease but they told me my last four of my ss number and also all my credit cards i have names but when asked the proof and his name he started yelling and demanding he will take legal action against my credit cards bank and taking me to court i asked him his name he said Alexandr and hang up  after that i blocked his number.

I just got a call from Lombard, IL  saying I have a debt from 1990 to 2003 and saying sometimes bank sells their account to another bank and the amount does not get reported on your credit report until it gets to the system. so we are offering you a buyout option which means they will take out 100% interest and late fee and you will only pay the amount charged. so I said give my your name number and the company I will handed to my attorney and he will contact you. he hung up
