Scam call.  Caller not identified, so I didn't answer.  The following voicemail message was left:

"Hello, my name is Lucy Kelly and our office is following up on a claim that's been placed with my office, and it's critical that we review some information with you.  Please contact my office at your earliest convenience.  My number here is 888-686-9475.  I'm at extension 3089.  When contacting my office please reference case number 3629730.  Be advised this matter does require your attention."

This is definitely a scam call.  Note that the message did not address me by my name; no company name was left; and I known darn well that there's no claim for anyone to be calling me about.  Also, the number she left in her message is a well known bad number, reported numerous times on this site.  I've blocked both numbers.
