Received this call @ 1:07p Tue 8/5. Didn't answer. It left a  prerecorded message "congratulating" us on "qualifying for [their] highest (Gold) level" on the payday loan we recently applied for, giving us our 4-digit confirmation code, and directing us to www.cashcallers.com, where the code would be entered to trigger them depositing "up to $1500 (to our account) in minutes."

Since (a) they blocked their name to our Caller ID, (b) we've never applied for a payday loan with them or anyone else (so they lied), and (c) there's no credible ID or contact information on their website, they're clearly not a legit operation; I'm guessing that they're running a phishing scam to get info from us for ID-theft purposes.

They just called me as well, but I didn't answer the call. I didn't recognize the number so I just let it go to voice mail.
