Hung up with no message. Could hear a lot of talk in background.

Same here. Called and hung up.

Very rude. Asked what was about and would not tell me. Also heard lots of noise in background.

we received 2 call froms this company today.  would not get into specifcs.

Received a call from this number today. She said her name was Nicole calling for Frank Barbero and that he had met with my boss last week and asked for him (my boss) by his name (first name only). Caller ID came up as East Hampton, so I thought it was client related as we do work in that area. He took the call and found that it was in reference to some sort of financial planning or consulting and said he was not interested.

These people keep calling and when we answer the phone they just hang up without saying anything.

Can't anything be done about these [***]?

A Marlin Grey called looking for, by first name only, the president of our company. (I wasn't even sure he was sure of who he was - he asked for "Michael"...of which we have several working here.) As we get many solicitation calls, I inquired as to what the call was in reference to. The response was "We're just trying to introduce ourselves to him." Dead give-away. I told him he was busy and could I take a message - to which his response was "No. I will call back later." When they don't give you any specifics, they are obviously solicitors of some kind or another. He will get the same response if indeed he does call back, and will never get through to the president...sorry Marlin!

An idiot called saying he was with ADA & they would like to help us do more business, and that his guy stopped in yesterday and talked to me and gave me his card. I told him no one stopped in yesterday, so he said 'oh it was the day before then', I told him no one has stopped in, don't need their help, don't call us.
I pray God teaches them a lesson soon!

Just got a random call asking what kind of business we do . After i answered they just hung up. I called back to this number and they basically dodged my questions as to who they were and what they do.

I just a call from this number and the man wouldnt tell me who and what they do....after i said my boss wasnt here he hung up on me...so i called back and asked the women who they where and she said that they were a business development group and i said well if u has better people answerng the phones you would have more clients....She apologized and said she would take care of it....

Some [***] calls and won't tell you what she wants....just wants the owner.  When you push her she hangs up.
