This may (or may not) be the worst one yet - but it certainly is in the top 5 worst ones !  That woman had the WORST accent I think I've ever heard.  I had to ask her 3 times to repeat herself, so I could figure out WHAT THE HELL she wanted.  She asked for me by name (which she mis-pronounced)  then she sounded like a tape being played backwards!  I'm fairly sure this was a variation of the by-now-tired old Medicare supplement insurance scam.  I Interrupted her spiel by telling her I was not interested in her ridiculously expensive, completely useless "Medicare supplement insurance", and hung up - which I advise everyone to do also.

Could be right on the Medicare scam. I have been getting a lot of these since I am turning 65. I did not recognize the number so I answered and did not speak. I didn't hear anything and they disconnected. I already got my supplements set up with Blue Cross. They are a major provider and have always gotten good service with my current policy. You think I am going to send hundreds a month to some no name outfit that calls me?

Did you know there are things on the internet called search engines?  Yep, it's true!  Did you know you could put things in the search engine and learn about them?  Yep, that is true also!  Did you know that if you put "House Spring, MO" in the search engine it brings up a ton of links such as this?  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_Springs,_Missouri

"House Spring MO" is not a valid business name.  Call ignored; no message left.  This caller is intrusive -- called several times in the past, never left a message.  FRAUD!!!

Got a call from this number today (10/9/2017) at around 10 AM.  Caller ID showed up as "PLAN4HEALTH 1-636-323-6248".  I never answer calls from numbers that I don't recognize, or that aren't already in my phone's Address Book.  I let it roll thru to voice mail.  They didn't bother to leave any message.  My rule for those callers: One strike, and you're out.  Blocked!

Answered.. just dead air, has to be a scam

Yes, that looks like the issue. Husband is turning 65 next month and the number of these scam calls has increased like we can't believe! We get at least 6 per day, got one at 4:00 a.m.  I finally answered one call and, sure enough, it was a guy with heavy Indian accent asking for hubby, said he was with "Medicare Health". I told him to stop calling, we're not interested and blocked the number, but I know we'll be getting more and more of these calls, if not from this number, from several others.

Yesterday they called me, the lady asked (in a thick accent) something about "National Health Cares." I said she had a wrong number and it was like I pushed a reset button on a machine that didn't know how to reset.
"Um... okay, ah, do you have student loans?" she asked.
I just laughed and told her to have a good day.
Today I get three calls from the same number within five minutes of each other (somehow didn't hear the first two.) I picked up on the third call, said "Hello"... and got a thirty second rant from some guy in a language I couldn't begin to identify. He didn't sound angry -- it almost sounded like I was hearing the other end of someone else's conversation. And then he hung up on me.
Blocking the number this time, even though I'm sure they're spoofing it, and hoping no one who ACTUALLY has that number ever needs to call me.
