got a call...i didn't pick it up but "they" hung up after few rings before my voicemail kicked in.

I received a call from this number 7/9/18. The caller said she was from an insurance company, calling about my insurance payment. I've been getting a lot of these calls lately and I believe they are automated with voice recordings and respond to voice prompts/answers. I'm on the state's do not call list and my insurance is paid up. I responded to the "how are you today?" question with "is this a recording or a real person?". I heard some beeps and then the call disconnected. This appears to be either a telemarketer or, possibly, a scam.

I saw a call come in from this number after I looked up my phone call history.  I'm showing Google is reporting it as a scam so it was automatically blocked for me.  Reported the call to donotcall.gov anyway.

Received a telemarketing phone call from a woman claiming to represent "various insurance companies." I asked her how to acquired my unlisted number, and that I am on the do-not-call registry for my state. She repeated she was "trying to save me money on my car insurance" and "what is your zip code?" Scam. Spam. Blocked.

This number called my personal cell number 9 times in a two minute period.  My phone/phone company blocked it from even ringing stating that it was a "potential fraud" call.  I'm glad my phone company has this feature.

Called, no message left.  2nd time calling me.  Says the number is from Barnhart, MO.

Called and was a recorded spam message trying to get me to purchase home security systems. The number they called was my 6 yr olds cell phone

Called personal cell phone, no answer. Looked here, and lo, a spammer was found!

This number called my cell, I did not recognize the number so I did not answer the call this is the time of year the scammers are hot on the phones! I know better than to answer and they did not leave a voicemail.

Calling from an insurance company.....scam/spam call!

Missed call no idea from who... everything on here looks like SPAMMY!

Received a call Feb 14,2019.  My cellular provider flagged it as likely scam so I didn't answer.  Google led me here.  So they whomever they are are still out there trying to get someone to answer.

Called and said she was with an insurance company. Asked for personal information and became agitated when I declined to answer questions and said goodbye

Saw my personal cell phone display a call from this number but I was busy and couldn't answer.  It left a silent "voicemail" and now I know to block this number.

The following transcription is from the voicemail:
“Yes this is Betty Newman following up in regards to your federal student loan um I would like to discuss your repayment options with some new changes _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ taken affect recently if you could please be sure to give me a call back my number is 866-632-7676 and um I'm going to give you a reference number if you would please have this handy when you call back that will make things a lot easier um your reference number is 044221 thank you…”

Repeated calls on private cell. Did not answer. No message left.  sCAM!

Got the same call today (25 Mar) from "Judy Williams."  Asked me to call back at 866-608-1919 with ref number 033661.  Did not respond.  CID was labeled as 'SPAM?....'

Also got the same call last week from (509) 890-1317. Name was "Deborah Mitchel."  Asked for call back to 866-571-3131 with ref number 022441.  Also, did not respond to this.  Same label as above on the CID.

Looks like some patterns exist with the callback and reference numbers.
