It’s MCA Management, I had a bill from Total Access Urgent Care that they sent to collections but was actually paid. I was able to show they pulled money from my bank account a month after I visited and she said that the urgent care doesn’t tell you but they make you sign a waiver at registration that they will just auto-draft your debit card or whatever card used at check in when your final bills comes back from insurance. They don’t even notify you they are doing so but they problem is they also sent me to collections so I had sent them my bank statement showing the auto-draft and they verified the payment and called back to tell me it was being removed from my credit report and settled.
