They text me said call 8063234 something was fishy no area code

This number comes into my phone bill but does not show up on my phone. Any help appreciated.

It showed up as the number that called when my brother left me a text from a different number. I called my brother and asked him, this just left us both perplexef

I have this same issue--number appears on my bill but never receive the text on my phone.  I put it on my block list, but it continues to show up in billing, roughly 50 times per month.  Phone carrier said it is a flagged number from New Zealand.

Please advise if you've had success solving this problem.  Thank you.

Claimed to be from NSW Police about a 15 year old missing girl. But it's a scam. Not from NSW Police. It's a New Zealand number so definitely not Australian police.
