    Id on screen same #  EmblemHealth   (Aka HIP ny, advantage care etc).  Just got a call 4:18 pm, no message. I am a HIP/ Emblem Health etc member also has other call center #'s  646 680-1069 for Lab work appointment, and a few others #s to remember in the future )-:  anything to confuse people calling them. Long wait to answer, for making appointments etc. I did speak to the below office at a 1 800 447-8255 earlier this morning 10-11am to file a complaint about a Drs. Action. Could be their call back from this morning. But I was no fast enough coming in to get to the phone. A local center rep did call 1:30, also called to question and note complaint. Stated someone above her will be calling back today or tomorrow.
