The caller purports to be an investment adviser, who has successfully taken stocks from the sub $1 range to $10 or more. He claims to have had the same address for the last 42 years. Speaks with a London cockney accent. He asked me to log into my online brokerage account so he could "guide" me.

Caller I.D. has the name Starnet Paete. Caller didn't leave a message. If you don't leave a message, I can't help you.

Junk call, junk stock, junk advice...block it

Picked up a call from this number to hear slow deliberate laughs   -   "Ha!"     "Ha!"          "Haa!"

Called numerous times until I was guided to purchase 1000 or those shares he recommend. Now where is this salesman.why haven't I heard "average down" at least once. Did it go down too much. Where are your balls my man.

Richard called, he claims to be an inside investment advisor who manipulates stock prices.  All fraud, do not trust. They will ask you to login to your account and purchase a penny stock at the price and quantity they can track.

I received a recorded message from the Dept. of U.S. Treasury in regard to tax fraud and a possible warrant from my arrest.  When I called back, a male with an accent answered "hello" and when I advised I was returning the call, they wanted my name.  I asked for theirs and they hung up.  I called back and told them they had hung up on me and the caller stated, "I'm going to hang up on you again."  They obviously don't like questions or confrontation.
