Who is this person who keeps calling my place of buisness saying I owe money?

he told me i had to pay in a hour or they were going to arrest me at work. I asked for paper work on my debt because i did not know who i owed money to and he refused to mail me the paper until i paid up

I got the same call I'm 18 and I've never taken out a loan and I'm afraid there coming to arrest me

These same ppl keep calling my phone too like crazy about a loan that they claim I took out with them which I have no record of

I got the call from the same or just a number off - no one is going to arrest you.  This number is out of Manhattan somewhere, I have called and reported this to the BBB, the ETC - and local authorities.  If oyu have ever been on a payday type of website, filled out info and chnged your mind, they capture your info and then they say you fraudulantly tried to get money from them and need to get it back. Even though you never received a loan.

This number called my wife's cellphone and left a message from a "Max Morris" threatening legal action.  When I returned the call and requested documentation, became beligerant asking to talk to my wife.  I told him we were on a do not call list and that it was illegal to solicit or call that number without permission, at which point he got extremely beligerant, started swearing left and right, but would not hang up the phone.  He theatened to keep calling my wife's number, called her a criminal, then started calling both of us very inappropriate titles and was still swearing like an Indian sailor.  This is obviously some sort of scam - bordering on extortion.  But they have nothing, just threats.  Do not give in to their tactics.  When I asked his name again, he gave me a different name.  If you get a call from them, ignore it.  Or you can do what I did and play with them for awhile.  They get frustrated pretty easily.

its a complete scam they stated that they were going to have someone come arrest me for not paying a loan although inever have taken out a loan im only 20 i let my mother speak to the guy she pissed him off said some things and he hasnt called back since

got a couple of phone calls from them saying the same thing...i owe money so i asked him how much no answer, said the cops were going to arrest me and i said okay they can meet me at my home then got belligerent....even used the name Sean Taylor....what a shame to 'skins fans

It's a scammer people! Don't give them the time of day. They are thieves!!

He used the name Chris Gray with me. Obviously a scammer. Heavy accent and not too bright. Report them if you want but better to just block them.

Received a call from this number also.  I think his name was Ben Spencer,but not sure because his English wasn't very good.  Heavy Indian accent.  It's the same message I've been getting for almost 2 years now.  They want either me or my retasined attny. of record to call them back as the situation is very time sensetive.  It's the same message all the time. Once or twice I was even threatened w/jail and I'll be arrested either at home by ateam of investigators or at work and my boss will be arrested, too.  Yeah, right.  They said that 7/2010, and I'm still waiting for them to show up at my job.  Don't even give them the satisfaction of a call back.  They'll never give you any information in the mail or over the phone of who the original company is, etc.  Report them to the BBB, FTC, FCC, and your state Attorney General.  They just try to rip people off.

This is nothing more than an attempted extortion by threats.

omg...the same guy called me 5 times and each time i bring up my lawyer the phone goes dead. they call my husbands cell number and our house number. even though we are rude to them they still call back. Sorry to hear your being harrassed by the same guy too!

Wow this guy called me today twice with "unknown" number but left same message. This is Issac please call back, time sensitive!!!!! Needs my lawyer number and lawayer information. If I didn't call back cause he has called me many many times, what ever happens to me it's on me.  He has called from a Arizona and Fla area code same day, He seems to be moving around quite alot.  But very very threatening.  Called me in September put his number on blocked list, but six months later Feb he has called yet again...Now from NY.........Makes me feel alittle more easy I am not alone in this horrible nightmare....A year ago he even called my work number threatened to have police come and get me arrest me and put me in jail if I didn't call back with pertinent information.  Just ignore or go to police???

This company is trying to con people out of money!!! Do not listen to them if they say they are an officer!!!!

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS SAME NUMBER TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME. THE MAN SAID IIS NAME WAS DANIEL MORRIS WITH A CALL BACK NUMBER OF 213-330-2340 AND SAID THEY WERE GOING TO CONTACT THE COURTS AND HAVE ME ARRESTED. WHAT EVER I HAVE NEVER TOOK OUT ANY LOANS OR PAYDAY LOANS THEY GOT MY INFORMAITON FROM SOMEWHERE..HE COULD NOT EVER SPEEK VERY GOOD ENGLISH AT ALL. THE NUMBER THAT SHOWED UP ON MY CELL PHONE WAS 646-448-0339
