Called & told me to call their number immediately as a lawsuit from the IRS is pending in my name. Robo-call recorded voice.

received a message telling me the IRS would file suit if I did not return the call.  When I did, I asked the man who answered who he was and he said he was an officer with the IRS.  I asked him to prove it and he said if I didn't believe him I could hang up and I did.

Returned the call the first time two years ago...I asked to have verification sent in the mail. She screamed at me that I would go to jail, then hung up on me.Checked the # to find out it is a scam. Received two calls in one day Aug. 2, 2016 ! They're STILL around ?!! Even after a news spot warning people not to respond. Filled out a complaint form with the TIGTA this time.
