I received a text message from this number giving me a booking ID and saying that I saved by selecting a flexible date. The booking ID number has a hyperlink attached, but I did not follow it. The text does not say what the booking is for. It says that I should check my email and call for assistance. I have no idea what the company is, though.

Ignore it. It must be a scam.

I received the same message from 'CheapOair, right after I booked a flight. Glad I checked out the number on here before I clicked the link. It pays to be paranoid.

My father and I had a conversation about me flying to NY come Thanksgiving.He said he was going to make a reservation. We hang up.  Several minutes later I get a text message from CheapOAir with the above phone number.  I checked out the number first on the internet to see what it was about.  About another minute later, my father texted me that he booked the flight and I should get have info in my email.  I did NOT click onto the link, but will go to my email to get the info I need regarding the flight information.

The message seems to have changed. This number is now leaving a message about Medicare open enrollment plans on answering machines. Since I do not qualify, I deleted the message without listening to the entire thing.

Our answering machine received the call. Incomplete message about about free services for people with medicare or medicaid.

Medicare open enrollment ... yada, yada ... whatever.

Calls regularly comes in as a fax.

I got  a text "thank you for booking with cheapoair.com, your tickets are issued with a link (I didn't follow it). Looks like others are getting the same message

I just got the same text, Thank you for booking with One Travel Inc. I did not book any travel, when I put the link address into my PC it comes up as CheapOair. Anybody know what is going on?

Nothing good. Do NOT respond or click on any links contained in unknown random texts. It's another way of phishing, but through text messages rather than a phone call or email. What's more is the link may direct you to sites that may be hazardous to your device. Send random texts to 7726 for spam and let your provider handle the number. ~I Was Prepared~JustinCase

Same - a text message from CheapOAir confirming a booking that I never made.  With 3 different links to contact them which I did not follow.

Just got this same text, I always google search unknown numbers, especially since this message is too vague. I did book a flight with CheapOair but typos are a red flag. Thanks everyone!

Texted me at 12am saying it's a text from Cheapoair and that my flight schedule changed. Not surprising that those idiots use this scammy number.
