- MimiUgh BS as usual
- AnonDidn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number.
- KyokoThis caller keeps calling and waking me up at 6am. I live in Japan, why are they calling me!? I have reported them several times but nothing is ever done about them.
- EllenOngoing calls from yet another "we aren't selling anything/just sharing info about solar energy options" pain in the rear sales call. That will not remove our number no matter what.
- Caller: Solar Solutiond
- Call type: Telemarketer
- AnonThey called again. Didn't pick up.
- ErinThree calls again today from this number. This makes 15 consecutive days they have called 3+ times/day. No matter what I say on the rare occasion I'm home and answer. When I am home I have to answer all calls as I am a government teleworker on days I work from home, with calls being routed to my home that originate nationwide (I know not to answer unfamiliar and/or blocked numbers). Whoever is calling is undeterred when I answer with "United States Attorneys Office" (my legitimate employer; I'm an attorney with DoJ).

- Tamianth replies to Erin| 1 replyConsider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

E-mail: econsumerwb@ftc.gov - Anon| 1 replyI've seen this number before so I finally answered. I said "Hello this is _(my name)___". He repeated my name and said Hello.
I asked him who he was. He then said: "This is Drew from Hello Fresh Customer Experience Team." I then asked him what this call was about. He was thanking me for my past business and wanted me to take a survey. He talked very slow and I had to pull the questions out from him. I could hear a woman in the background using the same customer service prompts. He told me the call was being recorded for quality purposes.
I did order a trial membership to Hello Fresh and cancelled right after. I confirmed that this was why I cancelled. Then he just said goodbye.
I can't believe this is how the Hello Fresh Customer Experience Team contacts people. This was very unprofessional. And strangely creepy.- Caller: Hello Fresh
- Call type: Survey
- Erin replies to TamianthThank you for sharing this information. Unfortunately I can't block unknown calls on my home landline as all office calls come in as "unavailable" with the facility name below it. When I tried blocking calls before they were all blocked. I use the call block feature on my iPhone daily and wish I could do that for my landline as well. But I can't afford to miss client calls. I think I'll work with agency IT and see if they can come up with a solution on their end so that calls don't show up as unknown on my end when they're forwarded. Then I could go back to using the call blocker. Thanks again.
- Erin replies to AnonThat's very interesting info. I've never gotten a caller from this number to identify themselves. They just repeatedly asked if I would like to hear some exciting information, blah, blah, blah. If it's that exciting then spit it out already. Any calls I've received from hello fresh show up as their CS team on cid. I'm wondering if this is just a spoofed number being used by multiple telemarketers/survey takers. Sounds likely.
