they said  I won a bmw and $500,000 dollars they said there from the bmw lottery department in new York address is 501 5th avenue # b,new York,ny 10017 they left two different emails with two different names one name rogers Wilson and mr.Alfred Johnson I want to no if its a scam thank you

Did you enter a contest? Did you buy a lottery ticket? You cannot win a contest you never entered. You cannot win a lottery you never bought a ticket on. You will be asked to send a 'fee' to collect, or you'll be asked to provide personal/financial information. Funny thing about bank accounts. Money goes in, but it can come out too. Now in case you didn't know this Government's run lotteries, by law. Not car companies. SHORT ANSWER: It's a scam

I also have won a lot of money and a new BMW 7 Series in i live in the UK. I received several e-mails about my winings and i replied asking if it would be a UK car (silly question but a test) and would the dollars be in sterling ? I got an e-mail from 2 different "despatch" companies stating 'to hurry and send my address'. I replied and said that they should have and asked them to confirm my address to me before i sent any money.
Obvioulsy they didn't and like the other notice stated i haven't entered any competetions or bought any USA Lottery tickets.

This is a big scam. Please do not send any money unless they can prove to you that you have.

I received an e-mail today saying that if i don't send 380 dollars i will lose my prize.
