Whatever you do, DO NOT sell ANYTHING to this number.  It's a scammer trying to rip you off for something which you have listed on Craigslist or another Classifieds.  They offer to send you extra money to ship an item and their check bounces after 3 or 4 weeks after you ship.

I got a few texts from this number about something I posted on craigslist. I knew it was a scam so now I am just spamming him with group messages. hahahahaha take that you scum bag :-D

Same here I posted something earlier today and an hour later got a text from that number wanting to do a pay pal account which I was fine with, until they wanted me to mail it to some address in Nigeria. They were reported to pay pal.

Wanted to purchase something from me via PayPal.  I replied cash only.  Then they offered Western Union. I replied cash only again. This was all by text message. Not selling to this creep.

Same here - Wanted to buy a phone I had on Craigslist.  646 number was from New York, I am in Minnesota.  I asked if he could find a phone a little closer to home, and he replied - "not one that I love".
Buying it for a surprise for his wife.  Can't talk to me on the phone as his mic is bad on his phone.  Etc.
Just didn't add up.

I JUST HAD THE SAME ISSUE ....i will buy ur ----- and send u extra money for shipping...it s a scam everybody.be carefull.
