In this communication they're using the name Bill Johnson.

Perhaps someone out there knows how to use this information to track this louse....

I've looked at some of their other messages, they seem to all be with phone numbers that are from mideastern coastal area.  Hope someone can "convince" this person that behavior of this type is "very bad for their health."
