    Called at 6:00 AM Central time on Sunday morning to tell me that I had won 10 million dollars & a new Mercedes Benz. Isnt there some laws about what days & time that these scumbags can call?

    Calls can legally be made from 8 am to 9 pm your time by legitimate callers.  Obviously these are not legitimate callers so I have to wonder why you think that a law would stop them?

    They left message I had on 21 million dollars plus a car. Said I needed to call them and make arrangements to pay taxes before they could send the prizes.

    Scam! PCH doesn't call, they show up on your doorstep. Nor do you have to pay to receive your prize. Block and ignore such calls if you can.
