Man with accent requested two employees regarding a conference, one of whom doesn't exist.  The other didn't have a phone, so MwA asked to confirm the email address.  I explained that we neither confirm nor give those out, and he said, "How am I supposed to reach him?" followed by complaining.  I replied, "Sorry, I cannot help you."  He called back five minutes later from 646-934-6541 with two more names, neither of which showed numbers, then five minutes after that with another, and I hung up.  Enough.

Calling up with names of people who don't work here.  Calls multiple times a week.

Man with heavy accent asked to speak to employee and I transferred call. He called back a minute later to ask for another employee. I advised we do not take solicitation calls. Definitely telemarketer fishing for confirmation of names for call list.
