calls and says i need to call back... looked the number up online and says they are scamers... i have not taken any loans or anything for them to call... says if i do not call back they wish me luck in what will unfold on me. really not the first time they have called. anytime you try to sign up for a loan or even look into them they start these calls and keep your info on record... i have reported them several times and they do not stop

This is not the "real " Roger Williams who works for Rivkin Lawyers LLC. I called the actual number for Rivkin and listen to Roger Williams voice. The man who leaves you messages is an fake. I believe he is using the real Roger Williams name and credentials to scare people into calling them. I also called the number that this "foreigner" let on my phone, something about VC or RC lawyers...a bunch of crap.


The number that was left (646-652-0488) and the number I noticed when the call was coming in started with 778, not the (516) area code associated with the real Roger Williams at Rivkin LLC in New York.

Get a life loser!

That is sooooooo true!  As soon as you apply for a payday loan, that's when the calls/threats begins.  Can someone put a stop to this?

Got a phone call from 646-652-0488 but the caller ID showed up as 916-395-0000. Told me that I was going to have a sherriff come to my door tomorrow and arrest me. Told me I was being charged with three different counts of fraud...  I did my research and then called them back, I told the guy that answered the phone everything that I had found out. I gave it to him good, he then whispered, I am sorry ma'am yes this is a fraud just dont pay them..... and by the way everyone I spoke with had a heavy Indian accent........   DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY AT ALL .

Got a call from this number yesterday at work and he was very hard to understand with his damn accent but 'he' said his name was Jenny Nelson and said it was a very serious matter and for me not to disregard this message and to call immediately or else!  I called number back last night and no one answered.  I do not owe any money to any payday loan.  These people need to be stopped!  It is very scary the information they have on you.

Talked to the imortant folks in NY, they said to report it to the NY consumer complain Hotline. 1800 771 7755. I know that every time I get a pay day loan the calls begin. I always use the same company. they better figure out a way to fix this.!!!!!

Got a Unknown Name Unknown Number call from a Charles Xavier from a company he called Department of Corporate Affairs Law Office (DCA) from New York City with phone number of 718-841-6454 he stated that their is a federal legal action against me stated that I stole $300.00 from a federal pay day loan company in fact I didn’t do. He preceed to state that I laundry money and somebody will be at my resident tomorrow (Oct. 28, 2011) at 11 am to arrest me and served papers with their people. He also stated if I don’t go with them I will be shot and killed, along with threats to family members and friends. I try to ask him questions of what is the name of company, the case number, and why I didn’t receive no legal papers. He stated that this is not you business because I am going to serve the papers myself, bascially he dosen’t have the answers and was getting mad becasue I and asking questions. Before he hung up after getting mad he stated that fine is now $5,541.32. Then he called my mother-in-law and threated her that she would go to jail along with me. I called this person back and he proceed to tell me that he will see you in courthouse even if he to drag my fat ass in. Once agian I asked which courthouse and again he wouldn’t tell me nothing, except how rude and demanding he is trying. Then I asked to speak with someone else, it sound like he put the phone down and a few seconds later the same guy picked up the phone and he told me his name is Rayan Scott of Resitution Head. This gentlemen was of a India or middle east speaking. If this was an actual debit collector he would provide me information on it, in which he had not. He was only concern of putting me in jail he didn’t offer me anything else.
I have notified my State Police about this and also file a complaint to the my state Attorney General Office.
The same incident was done to me back in May of this year.
I have applied a year ago for a instant loan online but I didn’t go throught with it, and it had all my personal information on it.
