Call comes from "unknown"  this is the number they leave in the message that is a man or woman with a very heavy mid eastern accent.  stating it is a time sensitve matter and I must call back or have my attorney call back.  if i do not call back then they wish me good luck.  i called back and they have my ss#  had friend call back and they hung up on him and then told him to F*%k off.

These people called me and said the same thing. We didn't give them any information.

This may be an extortion scam. Scammers use bought/hacked/phished loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

They called my cell phone and then turned right around and called me at work...but my work place knows it is a scam and they told them I no longer work there! How can this guys name be Sam Parker when he can't even say Sam Parker!! I think it's illegal to call someone at their workplace so maybe they need to get with their retained attorney since they will be sued for harrassment!!!!!! You know it's not legit when they cuss you when you refuse to give them any money!
