They called me telling me I was getting 1500.00 in an hour and there was no luck.....But they cant get any money cause there not any in there.....I dont understand why ppl do s*ht like this it gets old.

I got a call what am I supposed to do.   I guess there is no harm, there is no money.

I got a call from this no. saying that I was approved for a loan and they had all of my personal information. These people are a scam and they need to be stopped! The number they gave me is not reachable. I've called several times. Please beware of these people and look for this number. If it appears on your phone hang up!

I received a call stating that I was approved for a paydayonphone loan up tp 1500$ and they gave me a wed site to go to but nothing that they said came up...First off they are hard to understand because they do not speak good english

I gave this company all my info about 7 days ago thinking I was approved for a payday loan for upto $2500.  Instead of getting ANY money, the [***] just tried to take a $99 fee from my checking account.  I didnt have the funds, so now my account got overdrawn, and im getting hit with overdraft fees.  This is the info my bank gave me on the company trying to take out the $99 fee:

I need advice from someone here on this.....shouldnt my bank put the overdraft fees back in my account if I dispute it?   How do I go about doing this?     Even though they didnt get the $99 off me, I still want those fees put back into my account.   I didnt contact the company yet, because its 8pm and their machine said the business hours start at 830pm.   Ill keep everyone posted....but in the meantime I need someone to tell me how to get those fees put back into my account.?.....and now I guess I gotta change account numbers too.

earlier today i recieved the same phone call. of course I had been trying to get a payday loan as others however I had not seen this page until I was trying to see if I got the loan. They told me one hour. I wish I had seen this earlier. First thing in the morning I have to go get my account shut down and hope for the best. I should have known something was not right. You`all are right, it is a lot of noise in the back ground and they don`t talk plain at all. I guess it is best to stay broke than busted. The only thing was it appeared as 335-672-3172 then another # appeared 646-918-5351? Like it was his boss verifying the loan. They got the main numbers, but they didn`t get the personal info. I did not think they needed that. Something has to be done to these crooks!

I TRIED YESTERDAY AND SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BECAUSE THERE WERE MANY RED FLAGS..

FIRST THEY CALLED AN I STRUGGLED WITH THEM BACK AN FORTH TRYING TO UNDERSTAND HIM, THROUGH THE THICK ACCENT, GIVING HIM MY ALL THE INFO OF MY LIFE..

SECOND, I WAS THEN XFERD TO ANOTHER TO "VERIFY THE INFO".. I ASKED WHY WAS A VERIFICATION NEEDED WHEN WE JUST WENT OVER ALL THE SAME INFO AGAIN AN AGAIN, AND HE JUST REPEATED HIMSELF LIKE HE WAS READING A SCRIPT..

THIRD, HE TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO PAYDAYONPHONE.COM "LOG IN" AND "ESIGN" WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR MY LOGIN INFO HE SAID IT WAS MY PHONE NUMBER..

TODAY I GOT BACK ONLINE TO CHECK TRY TO LOGIN, AND WHN I INPUT THE WEBSITE I WAS DIRECTED TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WEBSITE!! WTF???

OVERALL, I CALLED MY BANK, CHANGED EVERYTHING ACCT #, CARD #, AND ADDED IDENTITY PROTECTION OFFERED THROUGH THE BANK AS WELL.. WAT PISSES ME OFF ABOUT THIS IS IT IS LEGAL, IT GIVES LEGITIMATE WEBSITES A BAD REP, AND SOMEONE SOMEWHERE IS GETTING RICH BY MESSING UP THE LIVES OF OTHERS!! AT THIS POINT REPORTING IS NOT ENOUGH!! BUT HOPEFULLY KARMA WILL CIRCLE BACK AROUND AND GET THEM!!

I to got beat by these impostors!!! But before I was out any money I called the bank. They already had my information and all I needed to do was say yes! Like stated above english is not clear and a lot of sound in the back. Every time I asked a question they cut me off or just said its ok and then said OKAY!!! they tried to sign me up to some other crap that would cost $99 as a 1 time fee I said numerous times that I did not want it. Then they gave me 2 phone numbers that go to an operator who takes your concern & promises you a call back which I never received. They also had given me the website and said log on when I get the conformation email which I never received. But I went to the website anyway but once I clicked on contact it took me to a different website & from there was unable to go on the actual paydayonphone.com website again.  Then the fools had a nerve to call me back the next day I tell the situation w/ attitude in my voice and I was hung up on.  definitely a false payday loan I do not know how they had my info will not do or look for payday loans online again. As you run the risk of not knowing who has your personal info when applying !!! I just hope I'm not signed up to anything else in my name or appear on my credit! good luck to all you others who were stooped like I.

also wanted to add as I missed something they have numerous numbers all starting w/ 646 and 818 area code. i was called numerous times for some odd reason.

They have scammed me when i called them on it they hung up on me.  my information has been compromised what should i do now?

I can't believe that I fell for this. I have already had to change my bank account once. I just hope these people get caught and if they get anyone's money they should have to pay it back.

The same thing happened to me .I gave him all my information .I tried to call back the number and it disconects.I hope they get caught.I'm gonna have to close my account at the bank.I can't believe these people.I'm so mad .I should of known better.
