I received a call from this number. i believed he is an asian or like arab country. she is trying to intimidate me. I don't know why she knew my number an name. All I know is I have settled all necessary accounts so I don't have to be scared by I am annoyed

the person called threatning me. big time, I am calling my attorney General, and the FCC because this is uncalled for

This is a total scam...they have been calling me too...however what this Arab Mutha F'kr doesn't realize is he is breaking the law. Calling me at 6:40 AM...so yes, we have gotten into it to the point where he called me a [***] and told me to suck his *#$% so obviously...this is not a professional legit collection call.

Just spoke with a "Chris Lee" with a foreign accent and he claimed he was representing a Cash Partners of America and that they were going to file a lawsuit against me on Monday morning regarding a payday loan I supposedly received in 2009.  He had my social security number, my place of employment, my email address and my banking information.  For those that say this is a scam, IT'S A DAMN GOOD ONE!!! I'm panicking because they advised they were going to forward this to my employer and that I would have to pay $5,000 if this went to trial.  I'm now contacting my Attorney General's office to see what I can do.  If this is a scam I want these people prosecuted for identity theft and fraud.

I got the same exact call! Scared the mess out of me, threatening that I will go to jail & I needed to pay 852 dollars today. His name was John Smith and he called my job and cell over 50 times. The next day the number wasnt active and he gave me a 206 number to fax an authorization to???

Whatever you do DON'T PROVIDE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  I contacted my local Attorney General's office and they've been flooded with complaints regarding similar type scams.  If you Google Cash Partners of America you will find several blogs advising this is a SCAM.  One blogger said if you press them for their contact information (i.e. - mailing address or detailed information) they hang up on you.  The Better Business Bureau also advised this company is not accredited with them and is operating out of Auburn, NY.  They have received over 25 complaints on this company over the last year.

I too just got a phone call from these people. The person's name was Alex and he threatened me about the $5000.00 and that I was going to jail too. Told me that I needed to contact family members and that if I did not have the $1400.00 by the end of the day today that I will be going to jail  and will lose my job.  Thanks!!!!!   I am going to report them to our Attorney's General 's office.

They scare the [***] out of me. $1095.  I was going to send me to court and they will come on my job and pick me up and put me in jail. they call my job, they had all my imformation. they scared they hell out of me. they all speake Asian. and they are mean and rude. A Asia with a name like Kelly Ryan, speaking enlish is for the birds. hang up the phone. i know its to late for me but i will call my attorney General ofc. i have their fax number and reg phone number. Hang up. That was my mortgage money. to understand, you had to be on the other end of the phone. Those people are hard as hell. get as must imformation from them as you can they need to be stop. How many people have they hurt and scared to death. They work this out very very well, they are good. the more you ask the nasty they get. they call me for two weeks. they told me they were going make me loss my job, my house, everything. Help a friend stop those people.

i got that call to but i'm to late, they got me because they had work and home number, my four number of ssn who i bank with etc. so pass this on to all your friends, if they question they will get mad and theraten you. to lock you up.

I got a phone call from theses ppl too saying they were going to put me in jail if I didn't pay them 1000. I was scared at first, but then I thougt about it. So I said fine send the paperwork I'll seen you in court. They never sent it that was 2 months ago. These ppl are bullies & scammers you can NOT go to jail!!   If it not on your credit report do Not trust them!!!!!

i just got a call from a jason kennedy and he pulled the same crap as everyone else got on this website. i just laughed and hung up and he called right back and left this number. when he called the first time it was 0000. friggin scammers!!!!

This people must be some where in india they got me too when i google the number ans so all this i called the number and spoke some idian language david johns with a deap indian accent said nothing

This gal "christie" Keeps callin... They tried this same time laste year.. I asked for the paperwork and they just tell me its in the mail... Anyone know how to stop these calls?

Just got a call from Jason Kennedy who doesn't sound at all like a Kennedy.  Off shore call so they don't get nabbed with the Fair Debt Collections Act rules.  Total scam!!  These [***] have been calling for years, you never get served paperwork because their scam is not legal and therefore they cannot take you to small claims court (which is where this would be negotiated if it was done right).  Know your rights and report to the FTC and your local Atty. General.
