Calls multiple times a day for the past week and a half.

Asking me paid the internet bill, which I don’t have specific account

Called, said they were Bell. Asked to speak with me by name, I said yes, they thanked me for the verification. Said that they had seen a payment on my account, thanked me and the said goodbye.   All around weird.

Pretends to be Bell, asking to pay a bill that I have already paid months prior (my account has been cancelled) - very pushy when I refused to give out my banking info. Super weird

I received a call from this # numerous times, so I called back they said they are from Bell collections. They gave me a ph# to contact to make payment, which I am actually in arrears for in my account last months bill. Then I contacted 416310BELL , and they called this same number 6472498899, they confirmed it's their collections team.

Anyone who is behind on their bill can always call the number that appears on their Statement. Many utility scammers impersonate phone carriers, electric, cable, etc. companies trying to get victims to give them money, knowing many people got behind during the pandemic.

Never trust the caller to be whom they claim and always call from a known public number to find out if they did call.

You must be part of the scam! I contacted Bell Canada and they assured me 6472498899 is NOT a Bell Collections phone number.  GET A REAL JOB AND STOP SCAMMING INNOCENT PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.

This is a scam using Bell Canada. This number called me several times.  They claimed to be Bell Collections. I don't even have an account.  I called Bell and they verified 6472498899 is not a Bell phone number. Do not fall for this scam.

Sorry 647-249-8899.  1-800-477-9205 is Bell Accounts Receivable Dept, they were not familiar with this 647 number

Scammer in an Indian accent, claimed that I have an unreturned modem and wanted me to call a number to pay 200+ something. I asked for my full name, they had it, asked for my address, they had it very close, asked for my email address, they gave a most random one with peter.<myfirstname><mylastname>@gmail.com, which was def not mine. Then I asked for their Employee Number and name and called bell to verify, bell said they didn't find any unreturned modem under my name. Dont answer from this caller its a SCAM.

But can’t you find and maintain a proper job like everyone els instead of being dirty filthy scamming scum ? I called bell and they guaranteed that’s not a bell collection’s number

They called me asking for a payment which was made when I canceled my account . So I asked for employee number once they give it to you write it down. Then after talking about my account I asked him how much is owing  about 3-4 times after that I asked him again what his employee number😂😂😂even he knew . The jig was up

Same here, she said it Vell Canata, I replied its Bell India and blocked them.

This is NOT a scam. Bell keeps calling for some guy who had this number 7+ years ago.

Then how do you know it's not a scam?
