- Mmissed 3 calls from this number finally picked up the 4th - someone calling from Telus then they just kept saying Hello like they couldn't hear me until they hung up
- A| 2 repliesCalled me in the evening. The man kept saying "can you here me?" I said yes, and who is this, and he hung up. I called the number and the recording says it is Telus and asks you to push numbers for different departments. I did no such thing because I'm guessing it's a scam. There are many scams out there and this may be one. There is no reason for Telus to be calling me.
- JudithI just received a call from this number where a woman keep saying hello, when I answered hello she hang up I tried to call the number back, it wasn't working.
- BevGot a voice mail yesterday saying I owe money to CRA and if I don't pay I will be prosecuted.. then today I got 2 call in less than 3 minutes apart... I didn't answer I return the call and the phone was busy. I kept calling the number but it was constantly busy.

- SIFrequent calls from this number and I finally caved today and answered the phone. A female voice said "hello" several times and then hung up.

- MCalled over the past few days, I answered today and after a few moments of silence a man with an accent asked for me by name. He seemed to know about my current internet plan and length of my Telus history, then offered me an upgrade to my current internet. I turned it down, and then he asked me to confirm my email and Telus “pin”, which I didn’t even know I had. Up until that point it seemed legit but I hung up after that anyways, just to be safe.

- MarleneFrom Toronto, Ontario, called at 2:40 pm and I didn't answer, a message was left but all it was, was people talking in the background and could hear someone typing on a keyboard. At the end of the message, a person finally speaks but it is in a language I don't know. They have called me 4 times in the past week and this is first "message" left
- Whylee Kayotee replies to AUnfortunately the "can you hear me?" call is a recently publicized scam. When you say "yes" they record your response to be used as authorization for things like acceptance of long distance telephone charges. Watch your long distance phone bill closely and perhaps contact Telus security to tell them you have received such a call.
- Whylee KayoteeCall received from this number at 5:20 pm today. I should have known better than to pick up because it appeared as "unknown caller". When I said "Hello" there was a pause of a few seconds then a male voice said "Hello! Can you hear me?" I immediately remembered the publicity around this scam so I hung up. After 3 seconds I went to enter this in my "blocked calls" list but as I opened the phone to do so, again I heard "Hello? Can you hear me?" I hung up again.
