This number has called my work multiple times. always asking for different first names of people who have never worked here.

This is another number for CBV Collection Scams. Stationed somewherr in India or [***] land.

Block their number and never answer their call ever.

It appears that they have 4 offices in different towns in Canada.  So, no, they are not located in India but probably use call centers in that country to make debt collection calls.

Most annoying people ever! Cbv collections. Trying to collect on a debt that's 20+ years old. This is illegal, they have 2 years by law to try and collect on the debt. After 7 years it's removed from your credit profile. These losers are buying ancient debt they know they have no legal right to collect upon and then criminally harassing people by calling them 100s of times a month, clearly breaking anti spam laws in Canada and collection laws that do not allow them to call more than once in a 24 hour period and never on sunday. BLOCK THIS NUMBER

You must be working for them to defend them? And what makes you so sure that they do not outsource their calling centres to India or Pakistan? Their call centre or whatever system they use to call is 100% guaranteed out of Canada because regardless of any ethnicity or differences people who live in Canada know the rules and times of business calls and solicited calls.

You must be a product of the Canadian Education System since you couldn't understand anything that I wrote.

So you are stating the every single person who lives and/or works in Canada knows the rules?  Seriously?  You posted false and misleading information on purpose.  I corrected you and now you are upset because you thought that you could post anything you felt like and get away with it.  Well, the rules and regulations of this website say differently.  I would also like to know how you knew that I replied to you 6 days ago?  Or did you expect a reply and stopped back for troll food?

No you have issues with people speaking their minds and defending the consumers who are being scammed by morons like these. We Canadians never scammed like we are being scammed now

I got a call from them too two days ago with a thick foreign accent and something about Rogers Account. The last time I ever used Rogers was in early 2000. These guys are criminals and frauds.

Calls keep coming from this number, but there are never any messages left. I got fed up with the number of calls, & have blocked it. While my phone doesn't ring when a blocked number calls, I can still check to see what number has called. The calls from this number are most annoying.

You can block the number as I have, but although your phone won't ring., when  you check the callers list...the number shows. At least I'm not disturbed by the phone ringing because of this annoying number.

I just got a notification that a message was left. When I checked it, no message left. I called back this number and an agnet told me CBV(?) collection company and they knew my name. How come! So, I asked what's the matter which made them call me. They said it's matter between tellus and me. The agent asked me to tell them my date of birth. Of course I did not give my DOB to them. I told them that you must be a scammer or something wrong as I had never had service of Tellus.

*** They may have your name but don't be tricked. Obviously they are scammers I guess***
(1) They don't leave message : the agent told me they don't leave messages because initial calls are made by robocall. (2) They have your name and phone numbers. But they gave me a business name which I had never had any services of that company.

Send them cease and desist.

Yup had a robot call me from this number

I get calls from this number almost daily.  No message is ever left.

Calls daily. No answer when I answer and no message left.

5 calls in the last week.  Either it’s a hang up or silence when a voicemail is left.

CBV Collections called looking for someone not at my number.  I told the person calling and they said they would update the file.
