I don't know who this caller is because it is a pre-recorded message in the Mandarin language. Calling back the number is just nonstop ringing. I keep adding these numbers to my call block service but they keep calling from different numbers.

I keep getting calls from his number on my cell phone. They leave messages in Chinese.
How do I stop Them/

The +1-647-700-1777 and +1-647-700-1778 numbers (and there may be others) appear to be internal to Wind/FreedomMobile's voicemail server. Any mobile handset with a FreedomMobile SIM installed will likely call one of these numbers whenever you attempt to retrieve stored voicemail messages.

That said, there's no reason why this number should be calling you... in Chinese or otherwise. Spoofed call?

I got a random phone call afriad of what it might be, because this person wasn't in my contacts list. I was afriad it was something really really bad. Blocked number right away and moved on with my day .

I don't want voice-mail on my phone.
