Survey type crap. Must be from WIND mobile, just got this phone last week.

Called me twice on my windmobile phone. And when I called back it's from windmobile. I asked the guy who picked up my phone is there any reason to contact me. They said checked my account and no notes.
They should stop this crap.

647 is a toronto area code

Just received this phone.. On a Mobilicity phone & service.
I was with Wind Mobile a couple months ago before I switched over.

Yup... Ring pickup, beeps like an automated service and I hang up.

I had a missed call to day from the above number and they left no message.

yep I've also been with windmobile about 2 weeks, automated survey crap. I hung up

regarding usedottawa: I haven't been using that site but have been posting without my number and replying to ads on kijiji.ca and most of them are in the ottawa,on region. I have been providing my number to posters.

just got a call from this number, it keep saying "please wait for an important call", and keeps on repeating, so i hang up after 30 sec, and search it up on google, but my phone provider is rogers, i wonder if it has anything to actually do with WIND

It appears to be a legit Wind Mobile number. I phoned it back. Their standard Menu Voice came on.

I received a miss-call from this number, with no massage!

Called twice in a row, 7:55pm Sept 25/2013. If I don't know the number, I don't pick it up. Why should I incur airtime charges for some automated caller, that either is completely self-serving, or the equivalent of phone spam? Given nobody is [***] enough to actually follow through on whatever too-good-to-be-true-spam-offer these mafiosos are offerring, I firmly believe that the cellphone companies are behind this, and quietly condone it, since, it ticks away airtime, ultimately providing them an increase in revenue. Nice little scheme, innit? Between them, Bell Canada, and the Fed's DNC list, we're all pawns to a much bigger game, ultimately just providing employment to all 3 groups I just mentioned, since the truth is, none of them give a rat's @ss about their customers or constituents.

Called me over ten times in a row with no msg! So sick of it

Got called 3 times today, missed the call each time

Got a call from them on my house phone, no message.
Got 2 calls from them on my cell phone, no message.

Pro tip:  LEAVE A MESSAGE!

This number is not from a scammer or a debt collector. It is from Wind's customer support line. I know this because, when getting my number ported, they called me from this number. They also call back regarding surveys.

Have had several of these calls over the past few months .... no one is ever on the line when I answer ..

I got call manager and was able to block overseas calls that were even waking me up in the middle of the night ... thank you Rogers .......
