I just got a hangup call from same number.  Ran a reverse search.  FYI, number registered to Nadim Majdalani, 501 First Ave, Palo Alto accordint to Anywho.com.

If you see see this number displayed on your caller id box, it is a telephony issue and the AT&T Customer needs to know about it.  Please call +1 800 710 1998 during normal business hours (open sat & sun) and advise your IPSS Support Agent to log a Dialer related RT Ticket so the problem can be looked at and resolved.  The IPSS Support Agent will be very pleased to talk to you.

I just got a call from this number. typical long pause then a man with Indian accent asked for me by my first name. i hung up and he immediately called back three times just to p**s me off I guess. I don't listen to any sales calls over the phone.
